Renowned for its striking red décor, original artwork and friendly ambience, The New York Bar at The Rubens Hotel blends traditional hospitality with innovative cocktails, gin tasting experiences and live music. From Tuesday to Saturday from 7.30 pm – 11.30 pm enjoy live music in the bar with resident singer providing the perfect live soundtrack to your evening. Indulging in the extensive bar menu including a wide selection of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits, including Lanson Champagne served by the glass, or a warming Inverarity ten-year-old single malt whisky (bottled especially for The Rubens in Speyside, Scotland).
Open all day, The New York Bar welcomes you to enjoy morning coffee, a light lunch, an Afternoon Cream Tea, evening cocktails, sushi infusion menu, sharing stands or try the Gin Experience.
The New York Bar Gin Experience:
Resident mixologists offer three sensational tasting experiences where you will embark on a carefully selected range of Gin's, spanning the spectrum of dry, citrus and spiced styles. Each Gin is accompanied by complimentary tonic water offering dynamic tastes.
This experience is available at 1.30pm, 3pm, 4.30pm, 6pm and 7.30pm for up to 4 people. To enquire for a larger group, please do make a Private Hire enquiry and one of the team would be happy to discuss.
